Sam is an independently licensed Clinical Social Worker in Michigan and Colorado with over a decade of experience in the helping profession. Since 2014, she has worked across Community Mental Health, developmental disability services, and with adults navigating trauma, ADHD, Autism, and mood disorders.
Sam takes a whole-person approach to care, integrating motivational interviewing, trauma-informed practices, somatic awareness, and spirituality into her work. She emphasises embodiment and regulation as foundational components of healing. Sam has completed Fluence’s Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) training and offers ketamine-assisted therapy with a strong emphasis on preparation, safety, and integration.
In addition to clinical training, Sam brings extensive community-based experience in psychedelic spaces, including facilitating integration circles through the Psychedelic Club of Denver in 2018, volunteering with and attending events through the Nowak Society, and providing attendee support through Nest at Sonic Bloom Music Festival in 2022 for individuals having intense psychedelic experiences. Her own personal healing also informs Sam’s work through psychedelic, body-based, and trauma-focused modalities, allowing her to hold grounded, compassionate space for non-ordinary states of consciousness. Sam believes healing is amplified through authentic connection, community, and meaningful synchronicities.
