Assisted Group Psychotherapy
Small Group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Experience
This group experience is designed to provide a safe, supportive introduction to Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Ketamine is a legal, safe, and effective medicine used to treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety and PTSD. This intimate, small-group experience offers an intentional setting for personal exploration, reflection, and connection. Facilitated by Sam, LCSW, and Misha, Somatic Practitioner and Sound Healer, the experience blends a ketamine-assisted session with gentle guidance, sound support, and attuned group presence.
The process will entail careful screening, clear safety protocols, one medicine dosing session, and time for guided reflection and integration. This group format offers a sense of shared experience and connection as you begin to deepen your understanding of the medicine. No prior experience is required, just openness and curiosity. Please note this is only available to residents of Colorado at this time.
Ketamine is prescribed by our independent licensed medical provider following medical evaluation. Our team provides preparation, therapeutic support during dosing sessions, and integration psychotherapy.
Medical & Mental Health Preparation
Your experience begins with a medical appointment with one of our licensed providers to ensure safety, eligibility, and informed consent. You’ll also complete a comprehensive mental health intake with our LCSW, Sam Wogan, focused on your history, intentions, and readiness for group work. This preparation phase helps create a grounded, supportive foundation for the medicine session.
One-Day Group Medicine Session
The heart of the experience is the full-day, in-person group session. Under the care of our licensed medical team, participants receive the medicine in a structured, supportive setting. The day is intentionally paced and includes:
Guided preparation and intention-setting
The medicine dosing experience
Facilitated group reflection and discussion
A closing sound bowl meditation to support integration and regulation
Throughout the day, facilitators are present to hold a safe, contained, and respectful group environment.
